Another one bites the dust!
Tuesday, June 30th, 2009

Prominent hip-hop/R&B magazine is shutting down its doors today. Founded in 1993 by the infamous Quincy Jones, Vibe Magazine is amongst the many publications to be a victim of the media recession. Vibe enjoyed significant success in the late ’90s and early part of this decade as hip-hop and R&B became the nation’s predominant forms of pop music.
RIP Vibe Magazine!

UncategorizedHuman Nature…MJ Tribute!
Monday, June 29th, 2009

With the sudden and tragic death of one of the most beloved musicians of all times, Michael Jackson, there have been quite a few tributes to him. Jamie Foxx doing the moon walk on the BET awards, MTV playing all his hit videos over the weekend and even rappers like 50 Cent and The Game have done tribute songs…But this video/tribute song is by far the best. The talented Dwele shows that it only takes 45 minutes to create an amazing remake of “Human Nature.” Check out the video below!

Posey Luminotherapy Bed
Wednesday, June 24th, 2009
![]()
Talk about a great way to wake up and go to sleep…French designer Philippe Boulet has intertwined Luminotherapy into his furniture, in which the bed is continuously changing colors and can be fixed on the one of your choice. With these new beds, you can lower the luminous intensity and uncouple the light from the bedhead and the footboard for an intimate atmosphere, wake-up with your favorite colors and program the lighting of the bed at the time of your choice. Now all you need is some R&R time and you’re set!

We All Love “The Simple Things”
Wednesday, June 10th, 2009

Recently at the Switzerland Art Basel, world renowned art icon Takashi Murakami displayed his latest art installation. As a collaboration with Pharrell, Murakami centered this piece “The Simple Things,” around Pharrell’s everyday essentials (Pepsi, Doritos, Ice Cream Sneakers and more — If you as me, those brands need to pay for ad placement!!). Since P-Man had a hand in this installation, you know one part or another had to be dripping with diamonds…Check out the photos below!
