PROJECT X PREMIERE [EVENT RECAP]
Thursday, March 1st, 2012

As basically a lead up to the afterparty, the new movie Project X held it’s Vice sponsored red carpet premiere at Hollywood’s legendary Mann Chinese Theater last night. Cashmere Agency President Seung Chung and VP, Creative Strategies, Ryan Ford were lucky enough to score a few tickets to the event. And while the shaky handheld camera style of cinematography may have initially made them a little woozy, both Seung and Ryan were folded over in laughter watching the epic party night fictionalized on film. If only Seung and Ryan were in high school again.

As only appropriate, I crashed the Project X premiere after party last night and glad I did because they put on an awesome event! The party was full of free drinks and food, including the In-N-Out and Grilled Cheese food trucks. They kept everyone entertained with Vice branded beer ping tables and photo booths. A-Trak and Tyler The Creator’s performances were pretty good but Kid Cudi’s surprise performance killed it! He got the crowd wild – bringing the whole cast on stage and pouring drinks for the crowd and crowd surfing! All around an epic event!
